Als Anspielung auf die Viehprozession l\u00e4sst sich der Nektar in der Mulde einer echten Glasmilchflasche mit Siebdruck nieder. Eine Hommage auch an die Zeit des Untergrunds, als der verbotene Absinth \u201eJura-Milch\u201c genannt wurde, um die Beh\u00f6rden zu t\u00e4uschen.<\/p>\n<p>Die f\u00fcnf dominanten Pflanzen des Rezepts werden im Val-de-Travers angebaut: R\u00f6mischer und Gemeiner Wermut, Minze, Ysop, Zitronenmelisse.
