Diese Brennerei ist die einzige au\u00dferhalb des Val-de-Travers in unserer Auswahl und verdient dennoch die Aufmerksamkeit unserer Geschmacksknospen. Sie folgt dem Rezept von Charly Brunner, einem ehemaligen Schwarzbrenner des Val-de-Travers<\/a>, der Pellet sein Rezept und sein Alembik vermachte.<\/p>\n

Die Brenner Pellet, Vater und Sohn, bereiten so seit 1978 – neben ihren bekannten lokalen Spezialit\u00e4ten wie Lebenswasser, Trester aus Pinot, Apfel, Aprikose, Pflaume, Quitte… – den ersten Waadtl\u00e4nder Absinth zu, der sich hinter seinen Neuenburger Kollegen nicht verstecken muss.[\/vc_column_text]\n\t\t
